Kyiv economic court banned Commodity exchange "Ukrainian Agrarian Exchange” and any other commodity exchanges, legal entities and individuals to conduct auctions on sale of crude oil, gas condensate of equity production and liquefied gas, including specialized auctions for the sale of liquefied gas for the population needs.
An exception to this prohibition has become a Commodity exchange "Ukrainian Universal Exchange" (UUEX), according to a court order No. 910/17639/14 of August 22.
This decision was made based on the claim of the Ministry of Energy and Coal industry of Ukraine to the Commodity exchange "Ukrainian Agrarian Exchange” (UAEX) and the Commodity exchange "Ukrainian Universal exchange" (UUEX).
According to the Ministry, contrary to the established government order, "Ukrainian Agrarian Exchange" in the newspaper "Uriadovyi Kurier" number 150, dated August 19, 2014 posted an announcement scheduled on 21.08.2014 about the auction on liquefied gas for the population needs sale and put up volumes of liquefied gas for the population needs produced by PJSC "Ukrnafta".

This decision is valid until August 22, 2015, and the hearing is scheduled on September 11, 2014.
We remind that on June 19 this year, the winner of the competition of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry was chosen by definition of exchanges eligible for organizing and conducting auctions on sale of oil, gas condensate of equity production and liquefied gas on the domestic market.
