Grain trading is carried out by sale on a competitive basis (in accordance with article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On grain and grain market in Ukraine") namely through the process of trading.
- in case of untimely removal of grain from warehouse by the depositor of goods;
- in case of nonpayment for grain storage services by the depositor of goods
UUE takes leading places on the sales volume of coal and agricultural products, unprocessed timber, crude oil, gas condensate and liquefied gas.
Please note that the prices established on the exchange, as a result of trading, are market prices because they are generated anonymously at a public trading.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine "About the activity of exchanges of Ukraine” UUE takes the first place in terms of trading volumes and was the first in the rating of Accredited by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy commodity exchanges by value of transactions on agricultural products, processed products and food.
